2.2 All services subject to separate project-specific agreements detailing scope, specifications, timelines, and pricing.

3. User Obligations
3.1 Provide accurate, complete information via contact forms and inquiries.
3.2 Prohibited activities: scraping content, submitting false information, unauthorized commercial use.
3.3 Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during consultations.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule: 30% advance, 30% foundation complete, 20% structure complete, 20% final handover.
4.2 Deposits non-refundable after initial site assessment or design commencement.
4.3 All pricing excludes 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest charge.
4.5 Cancellation prior to work commencement: 50% deposit refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All website content, architectural designs, photographs, and proprietary materials are owned by Pawana Estates.
5.2 Client receives limited, non-transferable license for personal use of project-specific designs only.
5.3 No resale, reproduction, or commercial exploitation permitted.
6. Project Timelines & Delays
6.1 All timelines are estimates only.
6.2 Delays due to weather conditions, regulatory approvals, client-requested changes, or force majeure events excused.
6.3 Client responsible for timely provision of permits, utilities, and site access.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
7.1 Services provided “AS IS” without warranties beyond project-specific agreements.
7.2 Plot listings based on available data; independent verification recommended.
7.3 Company not liable for third-party delays, market fluctuations, or consequential damages.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed total fees paid by Client.
8.2 No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.3 Company maintains comprehensive construction insurance during project execution.
9. Termination
9.1 Company may terminate services for material breach (non-payment, false information) with 7-day cure period.
9.2 Client may terminate with written notice subject to payment obligations for work completed.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governed by laws of Maharashtra, India.
10.2 Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Miscellaneous
